Rental Rates & Reservation Policy
Group Events:
- 2 Hour Retreat: $250
- Half Day Retreat: $600
- Full Day Retreat: $900
Church, Schools, & Non-Profit Groups:
- 2 Hour Retreat: $250
- Half Day Retreat: $450
- Full Day Retreat: $700
Weddings:
Food & Beverage: You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverage. You may cook on the outdoor gas grill. All other food will need to be previously prepared prior to your event. You will have access to our fully stocked kitchen to assist in storing and warming. You may choose to have your event catered. All warmers, dishes, linen, silverware, etc will need to be provided by the planner and/or caterer. Any special details will be noted on the reservation form and confirmed with Catch-A-Glimpse Retreat.
Smoking and Alcohol
Catch-A-Glimpse Retreat Center is an alcohol and smoke free facility.
There is a designated outdoor smoking area.
Deposit: Catch-A-Glimpse Retreat Center requires a deposit of 50% of the total facility rental to be paid with the signing of the contract in order to hold the date and requested space for all events. For events scheduled to occur within 30 days or less, the total facility rental fee will be due at the time of signing in order to hold the date and requested space. The deposit is non-refundable with full payment due no less than 30 days prior to event date.
Damage Deposit/Cleaning Services: A refundable damage deposit of $250 for two hour events and $500 for half day and full day events is required. Catch-A-Glimpse Retreat wants to ensure the retreat center remains in its original condition except for the expected wear and tear that comes with hosting events. Catch-A-Glimpse Retreat requires a final walk through with client prior to departure to ensure all garbage is removed, linens taken care of, decorations and rental items picked up and to review any discovery of damages. The client may also choose to forfeit 50% of the deposit and have the center take care of the cleaning of the event and therefore may leave immediately after the final walk through following their event, making sure to remove any items that the client does not want disposed of.
Event Hours: All clients are provided with either a two hour special event time slot, half day rental (4 hours) or a full day rental (8 hours). If a client exceeds their allotted time, a $125 fee will be assessed per additional hour. Your event time slot does not include client set up and tear down. For a two hour event, the client is allotted 30 minutes prior to the event to set up and 30 minutes after the event to clean up and tear down. For half day and full day rentals, the client is allotted one hour prior to the event to set up and one hour after the event to tear down and clean the retreat.
Cancellation: Should your event need to cancel 100% of the initial deposit is non-refundable. The following cancellation fee structure will be assessed: Less than 30 days: No refund on entire balance. 31 days-90 days: 75% of remaining balance will be due. 91 days-6 months 50% of remaining balance will be due. *Events that cancel and reschedule within 45 days of cancelled event will be credited the full amount toward the new event date.
Waivers: Catch-A-Glimpse Retreat requires all persons on the property to sign a waiver form.
